Excellent Gifts under $30 in 2020

The holiday season is fast approaching, and it's time (maybe even past time!) to get your gift giving in order. I wanted to put together a unique list; things that I use in my own life that people from all walks of life might benefit from. Affiliate links below.

  1. Cut Resistant Gloves

I originally bought these for oyster shucking; niche to be sure. It took me longer than it should have to realize I didn't have to cut myself when slicing bread anymore. Now I wear these any time I'm in the kitchen with a knife. It's a minor convenience to put on a glove for a lot of added protection.

2. Fry Wall

I received this as a gift, and it saves a lot of cleaning around the stovetop. My wife bought this before it showed up on Shark Tank! It fits perfectly inside our cast iron pan. It folds up to be placed in a drawer, is dishwasher safe, and will catch all that bacon grease before it speckles your kitchen.

3. Raddog Dog Collar

This dog collar is amazing! It contains a retractable leash that is just 3 feet long and is perfect for those short trips where you just need your dog close. You wouldn't want to go on a long walk with it, but for a quick dash through a parking lot, or to hold your hound back from an over-excited greeting, it is perfect.

4. Instant Read Thermometer

We use this thermometer for everything. It is amazing how quickly it can give an accurate read, making sure our food is a safe temperature to eat or the oil temp is just right to fry some wings.

5. Insulated Can Koozie

There are 2 main benefits to using an insulated can koozie: it keeps your drink cold, and it keeps your hands warm! You can enjoy your sparkling water in the evening ice cold, but not feel like you should be wearing gloves for the privilege.
